Cheesey Potatoes!

1 package shredded potatoes,
1 egg slightly mixed,
1/2 teaspoon salt,
1/4 teaspoon pepper-

Mix well with your hands. Spoon into each well. Cook 19 min. Top with cheese and cook for 2 minutes. Serve. I did put sourcream on mine.

  1. These were great! Even my husband liked them and that's saying a lot! I also used the regular frozen hashbrowns (I had a partial bag I needed to use) and defrosted them first.
