  1. Hey Juli!
Came over from the Daily Grommet site...I love all your ideas, but I have to be honest and say I didn't love the shrimp rolls. The wonton wrapper was too hard and not much taste. Is there somehting I missed or maybe the kind of wrapper I used? Mine are "Leasa Wonton Wraps" in the refridgerated section. I'm not trying to be critical, just wondered if you had any ideas. Thanks!

  2. I am sorry your wrappers were hard. I have found I am adding more ginger. Also when I make these for my son I put the wrappers in the machine and cook for 4 to 6 min first then I fill them and cook for 5 min they taste more like egg rolls. Thanks for joining my blog. Please let me know how these turn out for you if you make them again.
